International Space Station National Lab Opportunities for Life Sciences Companies
The Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS) is attending BIO and holding a series of meetings to discuss how life science organizations can use the ISS National Lab as a platform for cutting edge resea
rch and product development. CASIS is additionally holding one roundtable to specifically discuss how microgravity has tremendous impact on Tissue Engineering, Crystallization, Osteoporosis/Muscle Wasting, and the Immune Function. In addition to the science, CASIS will also talk about the funding opportunities they have for companies wanting to do this type of research.
CASIS will have their scientists and operations experts available at one roundtable session (which will remain small so that detailed discussions can take place) on:
Tuesday June 19th from 3:00 – 4:00pm in the BIO Exhibitor Lounge (Booth # 3787)
